Romi Solar Panel Repair
In RBE 2001: Actuation at WPI, our team of students were given a challenge to create a four-bar actuator and gripper system to lift plates with varying weights from a “roof” and replace them with new plates. The image to the left shows the CAD of this system, which went through several design iterations before being 3D printed and attached to the Polulu Romi.
